In accordance with the ERC Advisory issued on May 22, Visayan Electric will implement the following:

FOR CUSTOMERS IN ECQ/MECQ AREAS (Talisay City, Cebu City and Mandaue City)

*Six-months installment payment arrangement for customers who have an electricity consumption of 200 kWh and below in February 2020.
*The payment arrangement will be divided into 6 equal payment installments, with the first payment due starting June 15.

FOR CUSTOMERS IN GCQ AREAS (San Fernando, Naga City, Minglanilla, Consolacion and Liloan)

*Four-months installment payment arrangement which will be divided into 4 equal payment installments.
*The first payment is due starting June 1.

All payment arrangements are applicable to bills due March 15 until May 31 for all ECQ and MECQ areas, and March 15 until May 15 for GCQ areas and shall be automatically incorporated in the customer’s bill.
