The Financial Advisor is responsible for the digital or face-to-face selling and the servicing of Life Insurance products such as Health, Disability, Traditional and Variable Universal Life Insurance.They advise customers on insurance policies that best suit their needs and provide service to clients’ changing insurance needs by utilizing their knowledge in financial planning.
Sales Action
- Create and implement effective sales strategy
- Achieve sustainable business operations through an expanded, productive agency force
- Analyze clients’ needs and recommend custom fit solutions
- Carry out continuous lead generation
- Responsible for developing and monitoring team performance
- Provide continuous service to the customer
Recruitment Management
- Ensure manpower growth of his/her own team to generate more sales
- Build long-lasting team camaraderie (Conducts team meeting as necessary)
- Ensure Financial Advisors are equipped with the skills and knowledge of the business (Sales Process, Products, Systems, etc.)
- Ability to run recruitment events
Personal Development
- Must be willing to undergo and complete training programs
- Get licensed under Insurance Commission
- Open to changes
