Officially completed my OJT as an IT Intern at Melanars Lending Corporation. 💙
Maraming salamat sa MLC, lalo na kay Sir Jherom Ramirez Agrimano, sa tiwala, guidance, at lahat ng naituro sa samin. Ang dami kong natutunan at na-experience na siguradong magagamit ko sa future.
Nagkaroon ako ng hands-on experience sa Linux, network cabling, computer troubleshooting, software patching, Nextcloud, pag-set up ng local AI gamit ang LM Studio, and more IT related task. These experiences further expanded my knowledge and understanding of a real-world IT environment. Naging solid din ang research and development dahil complete sa equipment ang company, kaya mas naging enjoyable at fulfilling ang buong learning experience.

As I officially end my On-the-Job Training, I want to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude to everyone who made this journey meaningful and unforgettable.
Melanar's Lending Corp Team– thank you for the warm welcome, the guidance, and the everyday support. Working alongside all of you has been a privilege, and I’ve learned so much from the experience and the environment you’ve created.

Thank you for welcoming me as an OJT student Melanars Lending Corporation. Honestly, this whole experience has meant a lot to me. I’ve learned so much, both about the job and about myself, and I feel lucky to have had your guidance along the way Sir Jherom Ramirez Agrimano 🫡 I really appreciate your support and patience during my internship 🌟
Balancing my work and studies at the same time OJT isn’t easy. There were days I felt exhausted or needed to shift my schedule because I wasn’t feeling well. I can’t thank you enough for being so understanding. Your flexibility made it possible for me to keep going without getting overwhelmed 💖 During my time here, I picked up a lot of skills I know I’ll use later on. I've really learned a lot from you, and it's made me realize that i can do more than i do. 💪
I’d definitely recommend Melanars Lending Corporation’s OJT program to other students looking for real-world experience. I got so much out of it, and I think others will too. Thanks again for everything for your support, your understanding, and for giving me a chance to grow and to learn.😊😊

Melanars Lending Corporation became one of the most unforgettable part of my college life. This journey is something I know I will always remember and share, even after I graduate. It is not just a place where I completed my OJT, but a place where I learned real-life lessons.
I solo applied and started my OJT with unfamiliar faces, an unfamiliar place, and a setup I was not used to. I felt nervous at first. Even though I already had work experience, everything still felt new and different. But little by little, that fear faded. Sir Jherom always guided us patiently and showed us how things work in corporate office. Because of his guidance, adjusting became easier.
The environment in the office was warm and friendly. There was no pressure, only encouragement to learn and improve. It helped me become more confident, especially when talking to different people and handling work professionally. I learned how to communicate better and how to carry myself with confidence.
I never regretted traveling for hours or staying in a dorm near the office. All the tiredness was worth it. Along the way, I gained knowledge, experience, and friendships with people from different schools that made the journey more exciting and meaningful.
This experience felt like an adventure—one that shaped me, taught me, and helped me grow. For a short time, I became part of MLC.
Thank you, Sir Jherom—our poging proctor na makulit pero laging nandiyan para mag-guide. Your patience with us was a big help, especially since we were just starting our journey outside the school and still learning how the corporate world works.

My on the job training at Melanars Lending Corporation became one of the most meaningful chapters of my collage life because it was where I first experienced the real world of work in the lending industry. From day one, the team welcomed us warmly and guided us clearly, so even though I was nervous at first, I quickly felt comfortable and more eager to learn.

In every task whether organizing documents, encoding data, or assisting with basic loan-related processes I realized how important discipline and attention to detail are, especially when dealing with clients’ financial information. It wasn’t just technical skills that I gained; I also learned how to communicate professionally, how to deal with different kinds of people, and how to work with integrity and genuine concern.

What I appreciated most about Melanars Lending Corporation was how they treated interns as part of the team, not just as extra helpers. They allowed us to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow from them, which helped build my confidence and gave me a clearer sense of the career path I want to pursue in business and finance.

In the end, my OJT at Melanars Lending Corporation was not just about completing the required hours it was about the life lessons I will carry with me being responsible, professional, and ready to face the challenges of real work. If I were given the chance to choose again, I would still pick Melanars as my training ground, because it was there that I first understood what it means to be in a company that gives real opportunities not only to its clients, but also to young people who dream of becoming true professionals.

Our experience at Melanars Lending Corporation is a wonderful journey and it offers you to explore new things that you wouldn't learned at anywhere else. We really enjoyed our days at this company because we made unforgettable memories that motivates me to do better and the people inside of Melanars Lending Corporation is i can say that they're very helpful when you needed them.
I wouldn't forget all the times we help each other and im very thankful sir for having a long patience and guiding for us to do the better work. I wouldn't forget all the things you taught to us and we will cherish all of what we learned.
Melanars Lending Corporation is such a great company for me and i wanted to say Thank You Very Much sa parents mo sir sa mga pagkain at sayo din sir para sa madaming beses na party at sa uulitin jk lang HAHAHAHAHA.
