Pag ibig housing Loan Requirements:
1. 2 valid id
2. Latest 1month payslip wherein the monthly amortization is not beyond 30% of the Gross Salary (Ex: Monthly Amortization 8,500/month divide to 0.35 (35%) = 24,285.00/month required gross salary)
3. Job contract for OFW / Certificate of Employment for locally employed
4. Birth Certificate if Single/Marriage Contract if Married
5. Proof of billing (Ok ra sa kaila, friend, or pamilya sa buyer no need naka under sa name gyud sa buyer)
6. 1x1 id picture 5pcs
7. No existing foreclosed pag ibig housing loan
8. Up to 3 co-borrowers in case the buyer's income is not sufficient
9. Non-members of Pag ibig are welcome as long as they have income/salary whether business or work.

Important advice for buyers... If you avail of Pag-ibig Housing Loan Program or Bank Housing Loan grab the opportunity of availing the highest terms like 30 years to pay for because you can always pay more than your monthly amortization (Ex. Your payment is 8k/month pwedy ka bayad 10k or 12k/month if naay extra). At the end or the year all extra payments will be deducted to the principal loan balance so there's a chance that after 1 year totalon to tanan payment nimo aron e deduct sa balance so instead na 29rs to pay next year mahimo nalang 25yrs to pay. You can pay more than your monhtly amortiztion in any amount aron dali maimpas, ug mas makasave sa interest. Again avail of the highest term like 30yrs because not all has the chance and opportunity to have that, and if naa ka gamitan sa kwarta nimo pwedy ra kaayo nimo magamit kay gamay ra man ang monthly nimo."
