✝️ Good Friday Reflection ✝️
On this solemn day, we remember the crown of thorns, a symbol of sacrifice and love beyond measure.
"He was pierced for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed." – Isaiah 53:5
May the crown of thorns remind us of humility, grace, and the hope that shines through the darkest hours.

Dear Members,

We are conducting a survey as part of an initiative to enhance our current semi-manual loan management system by transitioning to a more automated and efficient platform. This upgrade aims to streamline internal operations, reduce processing time, and significantly improve the overall customer experience.

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. By sharing your insights and experiences, you will help us identify key areas for improvement, prioritize features, and ensure the new system meets both employee and customer needs effectively.

The survey link below will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of system improvement.

Thank you for your participation and contribution to the growth of our services.
