3. MICRO BUSINESS LOAN (28 DAYS - Weekly payment)
REQUIREMENTS
i. For Individual customers, the following identification information and documents should be obtained before establishing the business relationship:
1. Full Name;
2. Permanent address;
3. Contact number;
4. Proof of residency
5. Nature of work and name of employer, or nature of self-employment/business, if applicable;
6. Certificate of Registration issued by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), if applicable;
7. Proof of Income
8. Barangay Clearance (for Loan proposal and purposes)
9. NBI or Police clearance
