To be honest, I was expecting a spike in insurance claim (be it hospitalization or death) amidst this pandemic but according to PLIA (Phil. Life Insurance Association), there wasn't any.

This, inspite our country having recorded almost 17,000 plus positive cases already (as of yesterdsy).

Ibig sabihin? Karamihan sa na-infect ay hindi insured.

This is how underpenetrated Philippines is when it comes to having personal / individual insurance.

This is why, aside from fear, we panic. Because we know we cannot afford to be sick, let alone die untimely.

Kung may magagawa ka naman, by setting aside at least 50 pesos per day, why go through the panic, fear and paranoia?
