BancoLagawe (Lagawe Highlands Rural Bank) successfully conducted its 2026 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on March 28, 2026, at 9:30 A.M., held at the BancoLagawe Boardroom, Poblacion East, Lagawe, Ifugao.
The opening ceremony commenced with a moment of prayer led by Ms. Gloria Linda M. Guinawa, followed by the welcome remarks of Independent Director Gloria C. Bulayo. Ms. Janette R. Batulon introduced the guest speaker, Ms. Irene Fernandez, who walked through the guests to the journey of BancoLagawe as a critical enabler for growth and transformation.
A highlight of the meeting was the presentation of the Annual Report by the President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Therence G. Batulon, reviewing a year of growth and setting the bank’s vision for the years ahead.
The election of the Board of Directors for 2026–2027 was also conducted, including the presentation of candidates and the formal election process. The newly elected directors took their oath administered by the Honorable Mayor of Lagawe, Ifugao, Leslie Roy Nayahangan, followed by a prayer for the new Board led by Pastor Marcos Battulon.
