🌊Three Days. One Team. One Shared Vision.💚
From August 21–23, 2026, the BancoLagawe family gathered at El Dinalungan Beach Resort in Dinalungan, Aurora, for our Strategic Planning for 2027–2031 and team-building activities.
Away from our usual work environment, we had the opportunity to pause, reflect, share ideas, discuss our challenges and aspirations, and most importantly, strengthen the relationships that make us one BancoLagawe family.
We were grateful for the presence and participation of our Board of Directors :

Ms. Gloria C. Bulayo – Director
Together with our officers and employees, we look ahead to the next five years with renewed energy, clearer direction, and a stronger commitment to achieving our shared goals.
And of course, it wasn't all about serious planning. There was also plenty of laughter, teamwork, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable moments by the beach.🌴☀️🌊
This gathering reminded us that while our goals may be different across departments and branches, we are all working toward the same future.
The future is something we build together.
