The Board authorized the hiring of a licensed appraiser to properly assess Cooperative properties for insurance purposes and to determine their remaining useful life.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟲𝟬
𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The Board set a clear policy that loan offsetting shall only proceed after due collection process has been completed (notices, dialogue, ConMed referral). Once offsetting is made, automatic termination of membership will follow.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟲𝟭
𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝘂𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗻𝘀
The Board approved that dividends of members with past due loans will be applied first to their outstanding balance. Any remaining amount will be deposited to their savings account.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟲𝟮
𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀
The Board granted an incentive to first-time loan borrowers: 8% interest rate on back-to-back loans, with a maximum term of three (3) years, provided the member has at least one year of residency.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟲𝟯
𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
The Board set the maximum allowable share capital at ₱5,000,000.00 per member. Members with more than this amount will be encouraged to transfer the excess to other Cooperative services such as savings, time deposits, or investments.

La Trinidad, Benguet – The Benguet State University and Community Multipurpose Cooperative (BSUCMPC) officially welcomed its newly-elected officers during a solemn Oath-Taking Ceremony held on March 14, 2025, at the Board Room, BSUCMPC Main, La Trinidad, Benguet.

The event marked a new chapter in the cooperative’s leadership as the newly elected Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Election Committee members took their oath to serve and uphold the cooperative's mission for the next two years.

BSUCMPC extends its heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing officers for their dedicated service and contributions. The cooperative looks forward to the continued growth and success of its initiatives under the new leadership.
