Naalala ko way back 2022…
May client ako na gusto ipa-insure ang tatlo niyang apo — ₱3,500/month each for 10 years to pay plan. 💭
Handang-handa kami and submitted the application… pero dahil wala pang isang taon mula nung mawala ang kapatid niya, nag-require ng medical exam probably to check yung family history or verify kung di hereditary yung illness sa family nila.
At doon kami natigil.
Takot siya sa check-up. Takot sa hospital.
At bilang agent, nirespeto ko yun.
Pero umuwi akong may bigat sa puso…
Kasi alam kong hindi ko na-secure yung future ng mga apo niya.
Hindi lang dahil ayaw niya.
Hindi rin dahil di nya afford
Kundi dahil rin may limit pa ako noon.

At unti-unti, nagbubukas yung mas malaking capacity ko to serve.
Dati hirap ako magpa-approve ng senior clients without medical…
Ngayon, kaya ko na silang matulungan—as long as they are healthy. 🙌
At today… halos maiyak ako.
Na-approve ko ang 70 years old na father ng client ko — NO MEDICAL REQUIRED. 🥹❤️
