Hindi nila pwedeng bawiin basta-basta ang property. Sinasabi ng batas na ang isang notarized Deed of Absolute Sale ay valid at may bisa kahit patay na ang nagbenta. Ang pirma at kasunduan ng magulang ay binding (obligado) pa rin sa kanyang mga anak o tagapagmana.

๐—•๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€:Sa ilalim ng Article 1311 ng Civil Code of the Philippines, ang mga kontrata ay may bisa sa pagitan ng mga nagkasundo, kasama ang kanilang mga tagapagmana (heirs). Hindi pwedeng ikaila ng anak ang kontratang pinasukan ng magulang.
