What is the best investment for an OFW?

A detached single-family residential house or a lot of 200 square meters or more in a Class A or B subdivision is the best investment one can ever make, beating other types of real estate, stocks , bonds, insurance, and jewelry for the last 8 years. It has returned an average of 300% or 37.5% per year in Iloilo City, while you can get only single-digit returns for bonds and insurance. While Philippine stocks are the worst with around a -20% loss. Gold is almost as good as real estate, but its limited accessibility in the Philippines and inconsistent return makes it not suitable for a regular OFW.
