Do you often find yourself overspending at online shops?

In the book, Atomic Habits, the 3rd law of change is to make the habit easy.

The opposite is also true. If you want to stop a habit, increase the friction and make it hard to do.

You can:
• Remove your card from the payment options.
• Delete the app from your phone

This will make it hard for you to shop online or even window shop which will eventually lead to a purchase.
