From Principles to Practice: Dumangas Cooperatives Committed to Compliance and Empowered Leaders.”
The Metro Dumangas Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MDMPC) and the Dumangas National High School Consumers Cooperative (DNHSCC) have undertaken a Compliance Training on the Fundamentals of Cooperatives and the Governance and Management of Cooperatives to empower their cooperative leaders and underscore the importance of translating cooperative principles into concrete practices that ensure effective governance, transparency, and accountability.
The activity provides participants with a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of cooperatives, the roles and responsibilities of officers, and, more importantly, it highlights compliance not as a mere obligation but as a purposeful effort toward sustainability, credibility, and long-term service to members and the community.
