To all interested bidders,
Please be guided by the following schedule and bidding process for the Public Bidding of Surplus Trucks:
📅 August 4, 2026 (8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.) Public Inspection of the Surplus Trucks
📍 Venue: FLGC Old Warehouse, Bangcas B, near the SPPMPC Training Center
📅 August 4–11, 2026 – Submission of Sealed Bids at the SPPMPC Central Office, together with the Cash Bond equivalent to the approved Minimum Bid Price.
⏰ Deadline for submission: August 11, 2026, at exactly 3:00 P.M.
📅 August 12, 2026 ( 9:00 A.M.) – Opening and Evaluation of Sealed Bids and Issuance of the Notice of Award to the winning bidder. The Notice of Award shall be communicated through the following channels:
📱 The official SPPMPC Social Media Platform
📞 The contact number provided by the bidder
📧 The email address provided by the bidder (if available)
📬 The mailing or residential address provided by the bidder through personal delivery or registered mail/courier, as applicable.
📌 After the Issuance of the Notice of Award – Return of Cash Bonds to all bidders
📌 Within Three (3) Days from Receipt of the Notice of Award – Payment of the Full Winning Bid Amount by the successful bidder

In observance of Southern Leyte Day, please be informed that the following offices of Sts. Peter & Paul Multi-Purpose Cooperative will be closed on Wednesday, July 1, 2026:

All other satellite offices and branches located outside the Province of Southern Leyte will remain OPEN and will continue their regular operations.

Regular office operations for the affected offices will resume on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

Please be informed that in observance of San Juan and Family Day today, June 24, 2026, operations at the Sts. Peter & Paul Multi-Purpose Cooperative will follow a half-day schedule (Morning duty only).

Our office will close in the afternoon to encourage everyone to spend quality time with their families on this special day.
Normal office operations will resume tomorrow, June 25, 2026.

In observance of Eid’l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), please be advised that office operations at Sts. Peter and Paul Multipurpose Cooperative will be suspended on May 27, 2026 (Wednesday).

This is in accordance with Proclamation No. 1264 issued by Malacañang Palace, allowing our Muslim brothers and sisters, as well as the entire community, to observe this significant religious occasion.

In celebration of the 58th Founding Anniversary of STS. PETER AND PAUL MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE, we successfully conducted a Coastal Clean-Up and Outreach Program last May 14, 2026 at San Pablo Island, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, together with different areas across Southern Leyte and Leyte.

This meaningful activity reflects our Cooperative’s commitment not only to service and community development, but also to environmental stewardship and social responsibility. Through unity, volunteerism, and compassion, we continue to create a positive impact in the communities we serve.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all volunteers, members, employees, and partners who participated and contributed to the success of this initiative.

Together, let us continue building cleaner communities, protecting our environment, and inspiring hope through service.
