We’re Looking for Our Next Branch Manager!

The Rural Bank of Hindang (Leyte), Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Sogod Branch.

If you have a passion for banking, developing people, building customer relationships, and driving business growth, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of banking experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.

3. Strong background in branch operations, lending, sales, and customer relationship management.

4. Knowledge of BSP regulations and banking compliance standards.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

6.Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

7. Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.

7. Preferably 30–35 years old, residing in Sogod, Southern Leyte and nearby towns.
