Agriterra Feeds Trading, Earth+Scent , and Human Heart Nature Community Hub Sorsogon participated on the Mangrove Clean-up Activity organized by MENRO Gubat in celebration of Month of the Ocean 2022.

At 5:00am, volunteers meet at Tulay sa Tibo, Panganiban Boulevard and split up with garbage bags in hand - working together to remove litter and waste from the mangrove trees. In just 70 minutes, we collected 5 bags of garbage (fish nets, sanitary pads, diapers, face masks, plastics, etc).

"There is no such thing as 'away'. When we throw anything away, it must go somewhere."

So, let us be mindful of the trash and plastics that pollute our ocean. Be part of the solution. Avoid single-use plastics... always bring your reusable alternatives such as eco bags, bayongs, baskets, water bottles and the like. Because without a healthy earth there isn't a healthy anything. 🌏💚♻️💙
