Job Overview:
As a Food Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to our customers promptly and with care. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their meals in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from our restaurant or partner establishments and deliver them to customers.
Verify the accuracy of orders before leaving the restaurant.
Maintain the quality and temperature of food during transportation.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, updates, and any issues.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery while adhering to traffic laws and safety guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
Keep your delivery vehicle in good condition and perform routine maintenance checks.
Report any issues, accidents, or delays to the management team.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (for motorcycle or car) or appropriate permit (if applicable).
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Reliable vehicle with necessary insurance and registration.
Ability to navigate using maps or GPS.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle and transport food safely.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and carry food packages as needed.
