Position: Lending Manager
Location: Gensan, malungon, alabel, polomolok, tupi
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the lending department’s daily operations.
* Develop and implement effective lending policies and procedures.
* Manage and mentor a team of lending professionals.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the lending or financial industry.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Position: Account Officer
Location: Gensan, Sarangani, Polomolok, Tupi
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process client loan applications and inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the lending process.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and loan performance.
* Collaborate with the Lending Manager to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
* with or WITHOUT EXPERIENCE in account management or a similar role in the financial sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* At least a college-level education; relevant coursework in Finance, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
