Role: Lead Gen/Real Estate Virtual Assistant (R.E.V.A.)
Company: WinnCo Investments, LLC
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8AM - 5PM CST (final schedule will be discuss after training)
Starting Rate: $6.00

WinnCo Investments is a family owned Real Estate Investment firm acquiring a variety of Real Estate Investments and solving seller issues to their property needs throughout the U.S. We are fully vested and passionate in various Real Estate ventures investing in all types of land acreage, ranches, infill lots, commercial or industrial, multifamily, and single family houses. While we are based in the Texas Hill country, our interest for all Real Estate Investments and ability to solve any Real Estate issues spans all throughout the state of Texas and beyond. No matter how far the location, type of property, or condition of the property, we have the accredited knowledge, experience, and certified teams on standby to help you sell your property.
About the Role:
*Make the first contact via text/email/call
*Conduct the Initial Due Diligence
*Qualify the leads using our 4 PILLARS
*Do consistent FOLLOW UP

Experience:
*Customer Service (Frontline)
*Real Estate (Land Space/Market)
*Comping using MLS sites (Redfin, Realtor, Lands, Crexi, Loopnet, Zillow)
*At least 3 years of work experience in an International (US) account/client
Requirements and WFH Essentials:
*At least 2 monitors, headset/earphone/headphone with microphone (preferably with noise cancelling)
*Must be willing to work on weekends
*Must be able to handle high volume of workload/tasks
*Can multitask
