Did you know that you can bring to***co products into the Philippines without import commodity clearance from the National To***co Administration (NTA)?
Under NTA Memorandum Circular No. 003, Series of 2019, to***co products, related materials, ingredients, spare parts, e-cigarettes, and e-juices are exempt from commodity clearance, provided they meet specific conditions. These items must be in the passenger’s hand-carry or checked-in baggage or sent via parcels/courier and must not exceed the specified quantities.
