Our basic qualifications require applicants to have a business operating for at least one (1) year, registered with DTI/SEC and a checking account active for at least six (6) months.

A. For Sole Proprietors:
1. Latest original 3 months bank statements & bank certification
2.Latest copy of Barangay Business Permit
3. Latest copy of DTI Permit
4. Photocopy of at least two (2) Government-issued IDs
5. 2x2; ID picture
6. Pictures of business and/or inventory
7. Latest Proof of Billing for your business and residence (e.g. electricity, water, cable)
8. Hand-drawn sketch of your business and residence location

B. Additional Requirements for Partnerships:

1. Articles of Partnership

2. Latest copy of Mayor's Permit

C. Additional Requirements for Corporations:

1. SEC Registration with Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws

2. Latest copy of General Information Sheet

3. Latest copy of Mayor's Permit

4. Secretary's Certificate with Board Resolution (Authority to obtain loan in his/her personal capacity)

5. Latest Income Tax Return with Audited Financial Statements
