Turnover and Blessing of the PNP Outpost (West Crame Substation, San Juan City)
The Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI) formally turned over the newly constructed Philippine National Police (PNP) Outpost for the West Crame Substation in San Juan City on August 3, 2026. The ceremony was led by PSMBFI Chairman PMGEN MARIO A REYES (Ret.), together with Executive Committee Chairman PLTGEN FERDINAND O DIVINA (Ret.), President and CEO PLTGEN BENJAMIN D SANTOS JR. (Ret.), members of the Board of Trustees, Vice Presidents, Department Heads, as well as officials and distinguished guests from the Eastern Police District (EPD) and the San Juan City Police Station.
The program commenced with an invocation led by Rev. PMAJ LORENZO R RUGA, followed by the ceremonial turnover of the key to PCOL IRENEO B DALOGDOG, Deputy District Director for Administration of the Eastern Police District, and PCOL ANTHONY C GANTANG, Chief of Police of the San Juan City Police Station, signifying the official turnover of the new outpost.
PCOL ANTHONY C GANTANG expressed his gratitude to PSMBFI for its continued support in improving police facilities and presented a Plaque of Appreciation to PLTGEN BENJAMIN D SANTOS JR. (Ret.) in recognition of the Association's contribution to the construction of the outpost.
The program concluded with the ribbon-cutting and blessing of the facility, marking its official inauguration and reaffirming the strong partnership between PSMBFI and the PNP in supporting public safety, enhancing police operations, and serving the community through meaningful infrastructure initiatives.
