There are 2 types of people who runs a financial race.
1) A person who runs in a race without a clear finish line. People who live pay check to pay check. This type of person usually don't plan for their future and loses track to their goals.
2) This type of person has a clear finish line. They plan earlier and protect their income if uncertain events might happen. They don't want to pass the risk to their family because they knew their family can't handle it.
*Save while you are still young and healthy. It is not too late either for those who haven't started their savings yet.
