⭐️Qualifications:
✅ Female, 18 years old and above
✅ College graduate of any Business-related course (Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or equivalent)
✅ At least one (1) year of experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar administrative position
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Knowledge of office administration, document control, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping is an advantage
✅ Able to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision
✅ Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information professionally
✅ Willing to work onsite at our Naga City branch
💡Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize office documents, records, and filing systems
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary
• Assist in inventory documentation and administrative support for store operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, branches, and other departments regarding administrative concerns
• Assist with payroll, attendance monitoring, and other HR-related administrative tasks when needed
• Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and maintain accurate records
