Around 10k overseas jobs up for grabs on Independence Day
Thousands of overseas job opportunities await Filipino job seekers on Independence Day as the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) offers around 10,000 jobs vacancies on June 12, 2022.
The job fair will be participated by various licensed recruitment agencies that will offer employment opportunities in countries, such as Taiwan, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, Poland, United Kingdom, and others.
Among the vacancies include jobs for careworker, nurse, agriculture live stock, electrician, chef, mason, waiter/waitress, carpenter, engineer, cashier, butcher, welder, painter, translator, receptionist, farmer poultry, barista, baker, dresser, midwife, teacher, beautician, and others.
Applicants who will participate in the job fair are advised to prepare their Worker’s Information Sheet, which is accessible through their e-Registration accounts.
Likewise, applicants are required to bring pertinent documents, such as their passport, PEOS certificate, and employment certificates that are relevant to the position applied for.
On the other hand, applicants under the government-to-government program are encouraged to review the needed qualifications in the recruitment specification forms posted on the DWM website for efficient application process.
The said job fair is among the employment facilitation strategies of the DMW Employment Branch in providing a venue for job seekers to access legitimate recruitment agencies. # # #
