KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Group Oversight
Ensure that all company targets, deliverables, and projects across subsidiaries are effectively monitored and completed on schedule, covering the different businesses under the Group.
• Performance Accountability
Oversee productivity and efficiency across departments, ensuring heads and supervisors meet targets in sales and collections, inventory management, project delivery, and financial controls.
• Operational Coordination
Collaborate with team leaders to evaluate performance, enhance operational systems, and develop metrics that reflect both general business efficiency and subsidiary-specific requirements.
• Alignment and Reporting
Conduct regular meetings with department heads and supervisors, requiring monthly reports and ensuring that operational concerns—such as project delays, supply chain issues, or client requirements—are addressed promptly.
• Executive Liaison
Act as the primary liaison to the CEO, tracking executive instructions and priorities, attending key meetings, and maintaining a system that records progress across all subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within sales and marketing, logistics, or construction-related operations
• A university graduate from any discipline, with strong adaptability across diverse industries
• Demonstrated ability in analytics, presentation, and coordination, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to enforce deadlines and targets constructively, fostering collaboration and accountability across teams
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and social media platforms, with the capacity to leverage technology for operational efficiency and communication
