The public is hereby warned of individuals and groups falsely representing themselves as connected with Zanorte Prime Credit Corporation (ZAP) and offering loan services to the public.

We wish to categorically clarify the following:

ZAP DOES NOT OFFER ONLINE LOANS of any kind.

ZAP does NOT extend loans to individuals outside the Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

Our company is based in Mindanao, and we do not solicit or approve loans in Luzon or any other area outside Zamboanga del Norte.

Any persons claiming to be agents, employees, or representatives of ZAP offering loans through Facebook, Telegram, Messenger, or other online platforms are NOT authorized and are scammers.

Please be advised that these scammers are using fake documents, including SEC, BIR, and other registration certificates, to mislead the public. These documents are NOT issued by ZAP and are falsified.

The public is strongly advised to:

Do NOT give personal or financial information to these individuals;

Do NOT send money, processing fees, or deposits in exchange for loan approval; and

Immediately report any suspicious activity to the proper authorities.

ZAP shall not be held liable for any transactions entered into with unauthorized persons or entities falsely claiming to be connected with our company.

We strongly clarify that:

He is NOT an employee of Zanorte Prime Credit Corporation

He is NOT an agent or authorized representative of the company

He is NOT permitted to offer loans or conduct transactions on behalf of the company

He is using Facebook and Telegram to falsely offer loans under our company’s name
