PWEDE BA maREFUND ang NAHULOG nga kwarta sa INSURANCE COMPANY❓

One of the most common concerns sa mga clients ang REFUND.

Pwede ba gyud magparefund?
Unsaon kung miundang na ka sa pagbayad?
Mawithdraw ba ang mga premiums?

⭕ Sugdan nato sa Term Insurance.
Prepaid ang mga insurance.
Meaning, murag nangabang ba. Bayaran nimo daan ang term or period nga sakop sa insurance.

If ang term insurance nimo kay yearly ang term, you pay now. Then covered ka.

If di ka na magbayad next year, di ka na covered. Ana ra kasimple.

So na ba gyud mawithdraw? Wala.

⭕ Unsaon pud kung VUL or Variable Unit-linked ang gikuha nga policy? Insurance with investment.

Kung muundang na ba (surrender), mawithdraw ba nimo exactly tanang PREMIUMS nga imong gibayad? Hindi.

Ang ma-withdraw ra nimo kay kadtong current value sa imong Investment. (Fund value)

⭕ Hala, nganong ingon ana man?
"Mas maayo pa diay sa bank. Pag nagdeposit ko, mawithdraw nako exactly the same."

Opo, kay mao mana ang purpose sa bank.

Lahi pud ang purpose sa insurance. Lahi pud ang investment.

⭕ Timan-e, imong gipalit ang service sa insurance contract. Kung 3 million death benefit na, mao gyud na gipalit nimo.

⭕ So ngano walay REFUND?

Kung mupalit ba ka ug usa ka butang or mag avail ug service, kanus-a ra man ta pwede maka pa refund? Unsa ang refund policy?

- kung naay DEFECT.

Eh kung walay defect ang policy, walay angay marefund.

⭕ Wala man ko nag sakit, sayang lang gibayad nako.

- Hatagan tika ug analogy. Naghire ka ug bodyguard to protect you from harm. Gisweldohan nimo ug 5k a month.

After 2 years, nakapasahod ka niya ug 120k. Wala pud miatake sa imo nga dautang elemento.

Can you tell your bodyguard na, "Ay kwaonndiay nako tanan balor 120k na gisweldo nako sa imoha kay wala ra man ko atakeha ug dautang elemento puera buyag."

Unsay tubag sa bodyguard?
"Ay o tuod ibalik nako sa imoha ni imong natigum teh?"

Same concept.
You buy insurance to get the service of protection.

Kada oras na mulabay na IN FORCE ang insurance contract nimo, liable ang insurance company to fulfill the contract's obligations.

Why your car insurance is so high ⬇️

Your Deductible
If your policy has a lower deductible, that means the insurance company takes on more risk. You’ll pay less for the repairs in the moment, but you’ll have higher premiums as a result.

Your Car’s Value
Even if you don’t have a super expensive luxury car, your car’s value could be affecting your insurance rate. Vehicle safety can also affect your insurance prices.

Your Driving Record
Speeding tickets, DUIs and other violations will skyrocket your rates, but a safe driving record can lower it. Some insurance companies even offer good-driver and safe-driver discounts.

Your Claim History
Insurance companies don’t like it when you file a lot of claims. Anything from a couple fender benders to wrecking one too many cars will increase your premiums.

Your Commute
Long commutes or traveling on especially dangerous highways will increase your rates. That’s why insurance companies ask where you work on your application.

Someone told me that he saves 100K every month for his kids because he does not like insurance. I told him that if he saved that in an insurance product, his kids will receive 72,000,000 pesos tomorrow if God called him home tonight!

Savings in insurance need an EVENT to make it grow to the value you want it to be. Savings elsewhere need time to grow. (read that again)

Savings in insurance can multiply the annual amount you saved up to 60x! Savings elsewhere can grow up to the interest rate given or the estimated annual growth rate of the fund where it is invested.
