All individuals requesting certificates from the SALIGAN SSC are advised to accomplish the required 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 below.

A period of 𝗢𝗡𝗘 (𝟭) 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 shall be allotted as the 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 for the completion & submission of the Pre-Reg Form.

The complete mechanisms for both 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 are detailed below for your guidance. All those concerned are expected to 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 and 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗬 accordingly to ensure smooth and orderly requesting and releasing processes.

Do take note that the certificates shall be released 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 as scheduled and at the designated office. Certificates that 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 beyond the set schedule and deadline may be subject to 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗟 in accordance with office policy.

“Those we love never truly leave us; they live on in the memories we hold close to our hearts.”

We extend our deepest condolences to our third-year psychology student and the Lumacad family on the passing of her beloved mother. During this difficult time, we come together as a community to offer our support by raising donations to help with her mother’s interment.
