Qualifications:

MALE

Proven experience as debt collector

Age preference must be from 25 yrs old and up

Preferably Tall, and medium Built

Heigh atleast 5’7”

With motorcycle and License

Knows how to drive a car vehicle is a plus but not required

Excellent Verbal Communication and people skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

-Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
-Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments.
-Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
-Handle questions or complaints
-Create trust relationship with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
