Time is money

The earlier you invest, the more money you’ll earn.

I got inquiries asking kung meron bang 2,000/month na VUL, to answer YES MERON. I created this illustration for you guys to have idea.

All of them same amount ng payment monthly 2,000/month, the difference? yung nagstart ng mas maaga mas malaki ang projected fund value sa retirement age (age 60)

All of them have benefits of:
✔Death Benefit: P700,000
✔Retirement fund
✔If cause of death is thru an accident,Additional P350,000 on top of the death benefit of P700,000
✔If client suffers total disability premium balance will be WAIVED

Total Investment: P24,000/annual or 2,000/month.

Note: *Fund Value are not guaranteed, variable but average return is 12.60% p.a for equity fund.

Baka may interested here to have Insurance with Investment o VUL

Anong mga benefits ng VUL.

1. May insurance ka na may investment ka pa meaning, kahit walang mangyari sayong masama you have growing money sa investment which you can withdraw. Pwede ka rin magtop ups beyond sa premium mo kung gusto mong palakihin pa ang investment.

2. Nasesecure nito ang mga unxpected events like Death, Sickness and Disability. Through this if you have long term savings na pinagiipunan mo hnd mo magagalaw kasi covered ka namin. Bukod dun you are emotionally burden but not Financially.

3. Nasesecure nito ang expected events like goals, Education for children, Retirement Fund, Estate Transfer, Vacation, Business thru events. Yes as what I say withdrawable

4. Nagkakaroon ka ng Peace of Mind.

5. Nakakaipon ka nang di mo inaasahan.

"BANK VS. INSURANCE

I have money in the bank but I also spend more or less 70k monthly for insurance. This is how I value .

Bank savings is money you can get any time. It also allows you to build a credit score so it's easy for you to buy cars, build homes, etc.

Insurance, however, is a way to getting insured PLUS investing your money well. It offers returns up to 10% annually. This is with the original amount alone, excluding top-ups.

Today I have 2 insurances for each of the boys (so their college is set), 1 insurance (so Jay and I can retire in 10 years and just travel the world), and another (which I just paid P16k for THE WHOLE YEAR!). I did not really appreciate insurance until Jay got sick 3 years ago.

Today I value it:

1. It allows me to have a safe of mind that whatever happens to me, my family is not just secured SPIRITUALLY but also financially.

2. My boys are set. They will get millions where Jay and I are gone. Aside from the businesses we are starting now that they can continue.

3. I can enjoy LIVING BENEFITS out of my insurance. I can get some of my investments and live life while I am still alive.

4. My insurance is managed by my trust fund managers but I get to choose where I want to invest. This year I invested in the Chinese Tycoon Fund (Chinese Owned Companies) and Opportunity Fund (TV networks, media, digital).

5. I can also have HEALTH rider (no need for HMO) so I can be taken care of when I am sick God forbid.

Sickness has stolen millions from us. But is also allowed us to be WISER in our finances. To fight not just by claiming healing in Jesus' name today but also prepare a life we can enjoy in 10 years and our kids and grandchildren can start with.

To the YOUNG FILIPINO reading this today...

1. in banks and have a good credit score
2. , start small, be faithful and handle your small business accordingly to God's law and the law of the land
3. Get , as many policies as you can. It's the wisest route for your money.

- You are insured
- You are investing/saving with interest
- You are "paying" now but 3-10 years later, you will just enjoy its benefits
- You have peace of mind"
