‼️HEARTBREAKING‼️
Have you tried the official SSS Retirement Computation? I calculated mine. Sample below is what I will get once I retire. I started working in 2008 and since then, I didnt stop my contribution.
Work/Contribution start date: 10/2008
Computed my retirement benefit of my current self as 37 year old employee earning ₱200,000 monthly salary. It turns out that I will only have ₱12K+ per month pension and 13k+ if I retire at age 65. Take note, monthly earnings is ₱200,000 every month.
Now, how much are we all earning again?
Putting it in the right perspective, at age 60, that 13K+ pension, parang one shopping cart nalang or kulang pa para mapuno ang isang cart. Not to mention our medical expenses.
Friends, SSS Retirement is NOT enough. This is the very reason why the need to prepare for our retirement is so important. And this one of the reasons why I reach out with URGENCY. We have to start EARLY. Talk to your trusted financial advisor to avoid financial problems like this in the future.
After a lifetime of hardwork, we all deserve to be able to do what makes us the happiest. The best way to ensure this is possible is through sensible and consistent retirement planning.
Financially educating people to make better financial decisions is what I do. Message me.

PS. This not to discredit SSS pension, but to let us think of supplementary or complementary options for us to enhance our retirement funds/plans 😊. Like investing in the stock market, mutual funds, real estate. Etc
Note: computations may vary but AGAIN, the point we want to emphasize here is that it would really help if we build our own retirement fund/plan and not solely rely from SSS. Like participating in your company's provident fund, invest in mutual funds / stock market, invest in rental properties. Etc.
