Money TIPS:

■ Don’t bring your money with you.
■ Cook at home.
■ Buy your groceries in Public Market not in Malls weekly, not daily, not monthly. (Market: Ampalaya 50/kl vs Mall 147/kl)
■ Remove unimportant expenses.
■ Lower down the cost of your important expences. (Ex. Ganador 55/kl while Sinandoming 42/kl)
■ Buy your own tumbler and bring your own water. Avoid buying outside. (Natures Spring 500ml 15.00 while if you bring its FREE)
■ If you’re not in business don’t buy CAR.
COMMUTE: plete ka 8.00 x 2 x 26days = 416.00/month
WHILE:
CAR Expenses: 15k/month car + 5k/mo gas + 2k/mo parking = 22k/month
■ Always set aside 20-30% of your income to your Mandatory/Disciplined SAVINGS.

What makes us POOR is our bad spending habits.

THE BIRDWINNER

The mother bird left the baby birds to find food for them. For some reason, she was taken out of the picture and wasn't able to get back. The babies got hungry for several days and eventually died.

Imagine, you're the mother bird. You risk your life to hustle everyday to provide food for your family. What if you'd be taken out of the picture unexpectedly? Who will provide food for them? Who will provide a quality life for them?

NO to "BAHALA NA" and to this misconception about Insurance!

👍 Life insurance is cheaper the younger and healthier you are.

😱 Wala namang masama mag imbak ng pera sa bangko pero ang tanong .125% per annum ang kikitain ng pera mo sa bank paano sasabay sa inflation rate or pagtaas ng mga bilihin? Kapag namatay ka the bank will charge estate tax bago makuha ng mga Mahal mo sa buhay halos hindi na kumita ang pera mo nabawasan pa.

😆 Mahal ba ang 1,000/month para sa savings and protection mo at ng pamilya mo? Kung di mo kayang magbayad ng 1k per month, paano mo kaya mababayaran ang hospital bill kapag nagkasakit ka?

❤️ Kung wala ka pang sariling pamilya aba emergency fund ba ang magulang mo kapag maaksidente o maospital ka? Protect your self and your parents too!

Client: Hindi ako naniniwala sa Insurance.

Me: Mr. Client diba may kotse ka?

Client: Yes

Me: May spare tire kang dala?

Client: Yes

Me: Bakit ka may dala?

Client: Baka ma-flatan ako eh.

Me: Alam mo kailan ka maf-flatan?

Client: Hindi.

Me: Gusto mong ma-flatan gulong?

Client: Syempre hindi!

Me: Kapag na-flatan ka, anong mas gusto mo, may spare tire ka or wala?

Client: Syempre meron.

Me: Parang ganun lang ang insurance Mr. Client. Hindi mo pa gustong mawala. Hindi mo rin gustong magkasakit, ma-disabled, ma-aksidente at ma-confine. Pero kasi hindi natin alam kung kelan yang mga yan mangyayari eh. At kung sakaling mangyari ang isa sa mga yan anong mas gusto mo? Handa ka o hindi?

Client: Syempre yung handa ako.

Me: Oh halika pumirma ka dito ✍

Moral lesson: Dapat INDURED KA DIN tulad ng car mo 🙂
