The Institute for Leadership, Education and Governance (ILEG) proudly welcomes Ms. Danica Mangampat-Mondares, our new Associate Member.

Ms. Danica is a Human Resources and People Operations professional with a background in Clinical Psychology. She brings valuable experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee support, people-centered communication, program facilitation, and organizational development.

Beyond her professional work, she is also an advocate for mental health awareness and community engagement, supporting efforts that promote understanding, empathy, and more inclusive communities.

A GOOD LEADER IS KNOWN BY HIS OR HER FRUIT

Leadership is not measured only by position, title, popularity, or power. A leader is ultimately known by the character, decisions, actions, and impact he or she produces.

Just as a healthy tree produces good fruit, a leader with a good heart produces integrity, compassion, accountability, service, and positive change.

The message of Luke 6:43–45 reminds us that what comes out of our lives reflects what is within our hearts.

For ILEG, this is an important principle of ethical leadership:
Knowledge builds understanding.
Character builds trust.
Service builds people.
Good Governance builds progress.
Strong Communities build a better tomorrow.
