If you have:
✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or DevOps, with at least 2+ years leading small technical teams or acting as an L3 Lead Engineer
✅ Strong expertise in network diagnostics, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and network security
✅ Hands-on experience managing Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune/SCCM, and hybrid infrastructure
