From learning best practices to sharing laughter and creating unforgettable memories, our FVMPC Team Building 2026 was a meaningful two-day experience for all our Officers and Staff!

Held on August 14โ€“15, 2026 at Tam-an Mt. Resort, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, the activity brought our team together through benchmarking, team-building activities, fun, and fellowship.

We started with a meaningful benchmarking activity with Tam-an Banaue Multi-Purpose Cooperative, where we exchanged knowledge, experiences, and best practicesโ€”putting into action the 6th Cooperative Principle: Cooperation Among Cooperatives.

The team-building activities, facilitated by the NATCCO team, challenged us to strengthen our trust, teamwork, communication, collaboration, and camaraderie. More than the games and activities, each experience reminded us that when we trust one another and work toward one goal, we can achieve more together.

More than just a team-building activity, these two days were a celebration of teamwork, unity, and the people behind FVMPC.

Hereโ€™s to the memories we made, the lessons we gained, and the stronger bond we continue to build as one FVMPC!

We are grateful to Tam-an Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Tam-an BMPC) for warmly welcoming the Fatima Vigan Multi-Purpose Cooperative (FVMPC) during our benchmarking activity at Tam-an Mt. Resort & Hotel in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

This benchmarking activity gave us a valuable opportunity to exchange best practices, experiences, strategies, and operational insightsโ€”reminding us that growth becomes more meaningful when cooperatives learn and grow together.
