📰: LANDBANK officially kicked off the 2026 provincial rollout of the Agrisenso Plus Lending Program in Negros Oriental on 12 February 2026 at the Bais City Evacuation Center and Multi-Purpose Facility, expanding access to affordable financing for farmers, fishers, and other agriculture stakeholders.

The launch was led by LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz, together with Negros Oriental 2nd District Rep. Ma. Isabel L. Sagarbarria and Negros Oriental 3rd District Rep. Ma. Isabel L. Sagarbarria Janice Mira V. Degamo. The event gathered around 2,000 farmers and fishers from across the province.

Also present were Bais City Mayor Luigi Marcel T. Goñi, Mabinay Mayor Ernie T. Uy, and Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture–Agricultural Credit Policy Council (DA-ACPC) Rallen O. Verdadero, alongside LANDBANK officials and local government leaders—reflecting a unified government effort to strengthen agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods.

Through Agrisenso Plus and its capacity-building component ASCEND, LANDBANK continues to deliver smart capital, financial education, and inclusive banking solutions closer to farming and fishing communities nationwide.

📰: Strong investor confidence propelled LANDBANK to raise ₱50 billion through its Agriculture, Sustainability, Environment, and Socioeconomic Development (ASENSO) Bonds, officially listed on 16 February 2026 at the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx), marking the Bank’s entry into the secondary market.

With orders surging more than tenfold past the minimum offer, the milestone issuance reflects record retail participation and underscores the growing demand for sustainable and inclusive investment opportunities.

Proceeds will finance green and social projects nationwide, advancing climate resilience, economic empowerment, and nation-building efforts.
