Sales Director for Memorial Garden Project
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business management or marketing
* Fluency in oral and written English
* Successful management background with a memorial garden development a definite plus
* Experience in web-site sales training/motivational videos creation
* Highly motivated and results oriented
* Ability to develop train, motivate and direct a competitive sales force
* With proven organizational and operational skills
* Base compensation: Php 20-25K/month plus lucrative incentives and overrides
