Making it matter in CDO.

Our Cagayan de Oro team spent the week coming together in the office for connection, learning and shared moments that brought the VBP community closer.

From open conversations with leaders to sessions from our Learning Caravan, the week was a reminder that growth happens when we learn together and stay aligned.

Bringing the vibe on and off the court 🏐

Our VBP Spiking Kangaroos proudly took part in the CIB.O Volleyball Tournament, which kicked off on March 1, 2026, bringing the VBP spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship and camaraderie to the court.

One highlight of the opening was the muse competition, where Rexie Recimiento represented VBP with confidence, grace and pride, standing strong among talented contenders.

On the court, the Spiking Kangaroos played with heart, grit and solid teamwork. The Women’s Team advancing to the Quarterfinal Round was a proud milestone that reflected the discipline and fighting spirit of the entire squad.

A big thank you to our VBP team members who showed up to cheer and support, and to our leaders who joined the opening and shared the energy. Moments like these remind us what it means to show up, support one another and bring the vibe wherever we go.
