Cebu Credit Surety Fund The Cebu Credit Surety Fund is a credit enhancement facility initiated by BSP helping MSMEs and cooperatives get easier access to credit from banks.

The Cebu Credit Surety Fund is a CSF initiated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and launched on 16 October 2009, with the convergence of various cooperatives, non-government organizations, City Government of Cebu, Province of Cebu, BP, IGLF and Land Bank, with the shared goal of helping the micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives in Cebu, gain easier access to credit from ban

king institutions. For the past 7 years, Cebu CSF has achieved several milestones as the premier and biggest credit surety fund in the country. To date, Cebu CSF has approved coverage of loans totaling P639 million, of which P572 million were released to about 2,500 beneficiaries. For 2 years in a row, the Cebu CSF won the very prestigious Most Outstanding CSF in the country award given by the BSP. VISION:

On this day 9 years ago (October 16, 2009), the Cebu Credit Surety Fund was born. The launching of the Metro Cebu Coopreneurs Surety Fund (old name of Cebu CSF) was held at the Grand Ballroom of the Marco Polo Plaza with Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmena and former BSP Governor Amando Tetangco Jr. as special guests.

Happy Anniversary to all of us stakeholders, cooperatives, partner banks DBP and LBP, the Cebu City Government, the Cebu Provincial Government, BSP and most specially thousands of our MSME beneficiaries.
