Caesar Narvasa Atienza is a pioneer in Cebu’s IT industry. Caesar played a key role in establishing the city as a hub for technology, outsourcing, and creative enterprises, including early developments like Cebu IT Park. He has also held senior roles in the Department of Trade and Industry and represented the Philippines in ASEAN and international organizations, contributing to trade diplomacy, economic policy, and regional investment promotion.

Lawrence Panganiban is an active leader in Cebu’s entertainment and creative industry since 2014, Landers has driven growth in animation, game development, and original content. He founded SEE Cebu and has led key initiatives under the Cebu Chamber of Commerce, currently serving as President of the Cebu Creative Entertainment Council (CCEC) while also developing original anime projects in collaboration with Toei Animation Philippines.

Jens Knauber is the Chief Executive Officer CEO of gamigo Philippines and a veteran of the global games industry with over 20 years of experience, Jens leads operations of the gamigo Group across Europe, North America, and Cebu. The company’s portfolio includes over 5,000 games, with major titles like Fiesta Online, Trove, and Wizard101, and hit mobile games surpassing hundreds of millions of downloads worldwide.
