My RHD journey with warfarin. Another blood extraction for prothrombin time.
I have been diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease since 2006 and has always been afraid to undergo an open heart surgery as aside from the cost, I am really afraid of operation and facing death itself however a death of a loved one who has the same case as mine made it an eye opener for me to be brave to do it and not wait for my situation to get worse and that it would affect other internal organs or any part of my body. But God knows in my heart that I really do not want to do it, I am just praying for courage to be able to make it.
