Turnover of Livelihood Project Materials to 1st PMFC, Cebu PPO
The PSMBFI Regional Services Office (RSO) 7 turned over raw materials for a soap-making livelihood project to PLTCOL RUEL L BURLAT, Force Commander of the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Cebu Provincial Police Office, on July 20, 2026.
Aligned with PSMBFI's member-first strategic priority, this initiative equips members with the resources and skills needed to produce and create sustainable livelihood opportunities.
More than providing raw materials, this program empowers members toward self-reliance, economic resilience, and an improved quality of life for them and their communities.
