Hello investor, price increase will be higher than expected on some units since there will be price adjustment, meaning those floors that were offered during the launched last August 8, 2018 (which has the cheaper price regardless of the floor number) will have price adjustment. Our standard pricing is that the higher you go, the higher the price, but during the launched last August 8, 2018, units even in higher floor was offered at a lower price and since not all floors were offered then. Units with higher price increase will be located in the following floors:
5th, 6th, 12th, 21st, 35th, 41st 46th; 7th, 15th, 25th, 39th 43rd and 19th, 26th, 31st & 42nd
