I hope everyone understands how happy it can be to be in your 30s without having too many things on your plate yet. Well, having a family before your 30s or during your 20s is also a blessing. What I’m trying to say is that we all have different barometers of happiness.
In my case, what makes me happy is being able to go wherever I want and do whatever I want without constantly thinking about greater responsibilities. One time, while I was eating alone, I suddenly realized that I might not be able to treat myself as freely if I already had my own family. Because having a family does not automatically guarantee happiness or success
And in today’s culture, where separation has become so normalized, it’s difficult to find someone who will truly stay faithful and committed to you. So, in other words, can we stop calling single people “picky”? We’re simply choosing not to settle for the bare minimum. There is still so much life to live even while being single.
I’m happy for those who are married — so live your life, and kindly mind your own business too..
