🚨 IMPORTANT SCAM ALERT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 🚨
We, at Ezrate Lending Corporation, are issuing this urgent warning to the public regarding the unauthorized and fraudulent use of our company’s name and identity by individuals who are in no way connected to us. These impersonators are attempting to deceive and scam people through fake pages, false representations, and unsolicited offers, pretending to act on our behalf.
It has come to our attention that certain individuals, including persons using the name LUNA DE GUZMAN have been falsely claiming association with Ezrate Lending Corporation.
We would like to firmly clarify the following:
✔️ Ezrate Lending Corporation is a legally registered and SEC-regulated lending corporation in the Philippines.
✔️ We are governed and monitored by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
✔️ We are not registered under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) because corporations are not required to register under DTI.
✔️ This is our ONLY official page, and any other accounts or pages claiming to be us or to represent us are unauthorized and fraudulent.
🚫 REMEMBER: RED FLAGS TO WATCH OUT FOR
1. Being asked to pay upfront “application” or “processing” fees via GCash or personal accounts.
2. Offers that seem "too good to be true" or have an urgent deadline.
3. Pages that mimic our branding but are not verified or linked to this official page.
