📢 FINAL NOTICE TO TERMINATED MEMBERS WITH REMAINING CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION
Cavite Naval Base Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (CNBSLAI) is giving a final notice to former members whose membership was terminated due to failure to update their membership records , and who still have remaining capital contribution with the Association.
Prior to the termination of their membership, letters and text messages were sent to the concerned members reminding them to update their membership records. However, despite these notices, no response or action was received from them within the prescribed period.
Under the newly approved Maintenance Fee Policy, qualified terminated accounts shall be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of 2% of the remaining capital contribution.
⏰ FINAL DEADLINE: OCTOBER 15, 2026
Concerned former members are given until October 15, 2026 to update their membership records.
After the deadline, the applicable monthly maintenance fee shall be imposed on qualified accounts in accordance with the approved policy.

If your name appears on the list, please coordinate with the CNBSLAI Head Office or the Bonifacio Naval Station Service Unit on or before October 15, 2026 to complete the required updating of your membership records.
