My first full circle moment 📌☀️
Dati iniisip ko paano ko ba masasabi na full circle moment? Kasi nakikita ko panay achievements ang content about it. So this time for me ito yung masasabi kong full circle moment ko as a SunLife Advisor.
I'm already 7 yrs in the Life insurance industry, thriving and still trying my best to keep my license active and of course to preserve the trust my clients once gave me.
Full circle kasi i was able to process my first ever death claim. Yes, i never thought na dadating yung araw na mag process ako nito. Since majority ng client ko is of my age kaya shookt din ako, it really took me a while to share this, Hindi sya madali specially if your friends with the client.
A client of mine was a very warm, joyful and a loving kuya to his sister. 4 yrs ago lang since he started his VUL plan with me ang nasa isip lang is since he is a kuya, he want his family to be spared from financial obligations incase of unforseen events.
So last february he suffered a sudden heart attack once lang, no known history and previous illness. But God called him right away.
I was shocked. We are all shocked. Una kong tinignan ay if active paba ang Policy niya, thank God may Fund Values pa kaya inforced padin.
Next is to check his beneficiaries and inform them about the process. Mahirap pala mag process ng death claim kasi maapektuhan ka din lalo na if na meet mona ang family or beneficiaries niya. You will remember the reason your client gave you nung time na kumuha siya and how much your client love their loved ones.
Now he is gone, He can still show them how much He cared, How much he thought of them and how lovingly wanted them to somehow live their life even without him 🧡
No i dont have pictures nung cheque, wala din akong pictures with the beneficiary. Only screenshot lang kung pumasok ng buo yung benefit 🫶
I am reminded that this is the reason why we do what we do ☀️
This is a very humbling profession indeed.
Life insurance is Love Insurance 🥰
PS: Beneficiary also appreciate Life insurance in terms of processing of proceeds, since makuha ng beneficiaries ng mabilis and buo vs government agencies and bank na kahit complete na ang requirements ay may delays and syempre may tax pa.
Life insurance proceeds are tax free provided the beneficiaries are irrevocable or havent changed since the policy was inforced.
