Husband: E kasi hon, may naka usap akong Financial Advisor and I realized kung gaano kahalaga para sa pamilya natin ang life insurance.
Wife: So? Ano naman ngayon?
Husband: Ayun, kumuha ako ng insurance plan.
Wife: What? Bakit mo ginawa yun?
Habang nasa burol…
Wife: Hoooooonnnnn…bakit mo kami iniwan?
Agad niya itong kinuha at binuksan.
Ina: Sino daw anak?
Misis: XYZ insurance company?
Bob (Financial Advisor): Opo misis.

5 Warning signs you need to visit a doctor.

You've been there: feeling under the weather and not knowing whether you should go to the doctor or not. A debilitating headache, a persistent cough, a general feeling of malaise—these have all driven you to pop a non-prescription pill or two. As a rule of thumb, though, you should always err on the side of caution and see a medical professional when possible. These five symptoms will warrant a trip to the doctor ASAP.

1. Sudden and unexplained weight loss

Your weight will fluctuate, give or take, one or two pounds every day. It is because you experience fluctuating levels of appetite and stress. Another factor may be the amount of physical exercise you did during the day. Losing a significant amount of weight when you are not trying to should not be taken for granted. Weight loss is an early symptom of a wide variety of serious medical conditions like diabetes and cancer.

Just how significant is a significant weight loss? According to the study ," significant weight loss means five percent of your total body weight in six months to a year. So, if you’re 150 pounds in January and went down to 140 lbs. in a few months without trying to lose weight, you may want to schedule a check-up.

2. Getting tired easily

You get tired, especially after a long day’s work. However, it’s a different situation if you get tired while doing things that usually didn’t bother you before. A good indicator is climbing stairs. If you’re usually out of breath when you get to the top of the staircase, your body could be telling you to go to the doctor. Running out of breath while climbing up the stairs may be a symptom of a heart condition or COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) like emphysema or chronic bronchitis.

3. Changes in your skin

The skin is an often overlooked indicator of what’s happening inside your body. Dry and itchy skin is typical, especially in certain seasons. However, sudden dryness or itchiness, or even discoloration, could be a sign of something serious. A dark patch of skin on your neck, armpit, and groin may indicate high insulin levels. It might also be an early sign of diabetes. On the other hand, thick, dry, and scaly skin could hint at high blood pressure and kidney problems. If you have any of these symptoms, visit a doctor ASAP.

4. Frequent dizziness

Skipping breakfast and quickly standing up may make you feel a little lightheaded, but constant dizziness is something you should pay attention to. Do you have pale skin? Are you always weak in the knees and not in the rom-com kind of way? Do you always have to steady yourself? These are classic symptoms of anemia. Recurrent instances of dizziness could also require a visit with your cardiologist, as it could also point to potential heart trouble.

5. Night sweats

If you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night, with your beddings and clothes drenched in sweat, even if the AC is on full blast, you could be suffering from nocturnal hyperhidrosis or night sweats. It could be a symptom of many things—from the natural and slightly worrisome (like menopause and sleep apnea) to critical infections like tuberculosis, endocarditis (enlargement of the heart valve), or even cancer. When you suffer from night sweats it could be nothing or it could be anything, so it’s best to see a doctor and get it sorted out as soon as possible.

Of course, aside from these five, check for COVID-19 symptoms like fever, dry cough, tiredness, aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, or skin rashes. Serious symptoms include difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, and loss of speech or movement. If you have these symptoms, consult with a doctor right away.

With what the world is experiencing today, it's not unusual to feel stressed. Take one off your plate. Get a health insurance to take the worries off the potential financial strain from illnesses. Being financially prepared is your first step to achieving financial wellbeing, one of the four pillars of total wellbeing.

FWD Life Insurance offers three health plans that can cover various aspects of your health: Set for Health and Health Bundle which you can boost with RecoveryPro to receive cash allowance for hospitalization, including Covid19-related confinement.

Kung meron, have you ever thought or asked kung magkano kaya ang nagastos nila?

So before we move on, and para sa mga hindi pa nakaka kilala sakin I would like to give you a quick introduction of myself. My name is Mark Penuliar, Financial Wealth Planner from FWD Life.

And, I’m on a mission to help Filipino families, especially parents like us, to protect their income and at the same time help them grow their money instead of sitting it in the bank to gain nothing.

Now, In this video, I’m gonna share with you a facebook post from the group (Pinoy Family and Money) it is a true to life experience of having a Critical Illness.

Nakaka relate talaga ako sa post na ito not because I experienced to have a critical illness before but because may mga kakilala ako, kamag anak, at kaibigan na naka experience na nito.

I will also share with you kung ano-ano nga ba yung mga importanteng bagay na posibleng mawala sayo or sa family mo kung wala kang health insurance.

“This is a critical Illness claim of my wife from a Life Insurance Company.

My wife was diagnosed of cancer last 2018. Chemo drugs alone costs 600,000 for 12 sessions, without the regular check up, laboratory test, doctor’s fee, and hospital fee.

Her Critical Illness coverage benefit from the insurance helps us support her medication.

Her life insurance has benefit for critical illness like cancer. This is a lump sum amount that will be given to the policy owner if diagnosed to critical illness covered in his policy contract.

Sabi dito, “even if we have health card from our employer (I believe ito yung HMO), government health (ito naman yung Philhealth), and social security benefits (yung SSS), it was not enough to support this kind of treatment.

We are sharing this to bring awareness to every filipino family.

Get a Life Insurance!

Get a policy that suits your future needs, either for protection, health coverage, education or retirement.

Protecting yourself, is the same as protecting the people who depend on you, the same as showing your love and care to the people who matters to you.

So again maraming salamat sa taong nag share nito and sa (Pinoy Family and Money) facebook group.

So ang galing diba?

So lesson learned lang para sa ating lahat, having an HMO is good but it is not enough so you should never compare it sa health insurance plan.

Moving forward, here are the important things na posibleng mawala sayo kung sakaling walang kang health insurance and tamaan ka ng malubhang sakit.

Pangalawang bagay is yung savings mo at ng partner mo.

Pang apat is yung investment mo.

Next in line, is yung Income mo sa pag tatrabaho. This might be temporary habang nag papa galing ka pero sobrang laking bagay nito para sa mga taong naka depende sa income mo especially if you’re the breadwinner or mas malaki yung income na pinapasok mo compared sa partner mo. During recovery period inaabot yan ng ilang buwan or kung minsan taon pa. So imagine mo nalang how much of your income yung mawawala kung hindi ka agad makaka balik ng trabaho?

Do you have any idea in mind?

I’m not sure kung anong nasa isip mo pero based on experience ng mga kakilala ko madami din silang nakuha, yun ay ang utang, sakit ng ulo, problema, at kalungkutan.

Sigurado akong hindi mawawala yan.

So I hope may bago kayong natutunan sa video na to.

Right now, I’m not trying to sell anything here.

The reason why I’m sharing this to you is because I wanted to educate you, for you to learn from the experience of the person na nag post nga dun sa (Pinoy Family and Money) facebook group, and to encourage you to be protected na rin.

So hanggang dito nalang muna tayo.

But please p**i like and share nitong video na to para mas marami pa yung matulungan natin na maging aware pag dating sa bagay na to.

Also don’t forget to like may page kung hindi mo pa nagagawa para mas ma motivate pa ako na gumawa ng valuable contents na posibleng maka tulong sayo at sa family mo when it comes to protecting your income and growing your money.

Again. Thank you for watching and see you in my next video.

Starting a family—or supporting one—requires a significant shift in your finances. Making a sound financial plan will help you stay on top of things—especially if you’re the breadwinner or head of the household.

What is Financial Planning
Financial planning ensures that you’re in control of your finances. These include your daily expenses, savings, and investments like insurance policies. Taking that extra step in securing your future by prioritizing the now will allow you to live a life with less worry.

Apart from obligations to your family, most individuals have their own goals and desires they wish to achieve in the future. And these can be done with proper financial planning. This includes having the right financial protection for you and your love ones. But how can financial planning secure your future and your family? Here are its benefits.

It increases your cash flow.

Financial planning allows you to properly monitor your cash flow. With careful analysis of your spending patterns, you can easily identify areas where you can reduce spending. This opens up more cash to be allotted to other priority budgets such as an emergency fund. Remember, as you save, the goal is to also keep a steady cash flow allocated for day-to-day transactions.

It secures your future.

Providing security for yourself and your loved ones is a critical aspect of financial planning. Savings generated from a solid financial strategy will help you face the uncertainties of life.

For instance, a good insurance coverage can assist with unexpected healthcare expenses. In the case of your demise, your family members would still be able to maintain their quality of life without being burdened by expensive funeral costs and your remaining financial obligations. Applying for an insurance plan allows them to thrive and live the life you had imagined for them.

It gives you peace of mind.

If you’re the breadwinner or head of household, meeting the needs of your family is top priority. However, it shouldn’t be the only thing you work hard for. Make time for yourself and set your goals and dreams in motion.

Integrating life insurance plans or term insurance policies into your financial strategy helps in this regard. It alleviates your financial woes so you can focus on other important matters like getting that master’s degree or starting your own business!

It starts you saving for retirement.

It’s perfectly normal to look into the future and imagine what your life would be like in retirement. While you work hard to fulfill your familial duties, you, too, deserve to reap the fruits of your labor.

Financial planning helps you generate enough savings so you enjoy your retirement. You don’t want to spend your entire life paying debt, do you?

If you’re married, much of your retirement plan will be built on you and your spouse’s financial contributions. Having life insurance can replace these. The savings generated can be added to your retirement plan.

It minimizes your risks.

Nobody can ever truly prepare for the uncertainties of life. But, we can take precautionary steps to ensure our security—one of which is applying for an insurance plan. The risk of falling ill, getting into an accident, or even death, can be dealt with the right policy. If you don’t know where to start, it’s best to consult a professional advisor so you get the best benefits at the most affordable cost.

Do you have a family history about having critical illness? Or simply worried about protecting your hard earned money incase you get sick? Whatever the reason you have, here is the perfect plan for you and your family.

I was browsing my news feed when I saw this post from an anonymous person.

He is asking kung siya lang ba yung may doubts sa mga life insurance?

Siya lang daw ba yung hanggang ngayon eh wala pang life insurance?

He is wondering if when he reached 60 years of age and he is healthy, will he be able to get the lump sum amount of his premium?

Walang bawas or walang hidden charges?

He also mentioned na “sulit lang ata ang life insurance kung mamamatay na ang
Isang tao or ma aksidente after mag apply.”

Katulad niya I don’t believe in insurance before until unexpected events happened na tuluyang nag pabago sa pananaw ko about insurance.

I also have excuses before such as “bata pa ako kaya hindi ko kailangan ng insurance”, “napaka healthy ko and hindi naman ako na oospital”, “hindi pa naman ako mamatay”, “dagdag gastos lang yan”, and many more just to avoid getting insurance.

But if you will imagine, malalaman mo ba talaga kung kailan mamamatay or magkaka sakit ang isang tao?

Or, let say alam mo na ngayon na may malubha kang karamdaman, do you think insurance companies will allow you to have a policy and get protected?

The answer is big fat NO!!!

Kasi nga naman malulugi sila diba?

We need to realize na ang LIFE and HEALTH insurance ay…

So, are you still hesitant to get insurance?

What if I tell you that we offer Life and Health insurance with a 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE, will this help you remove all your doubts?

Kung sakaling magka sakit ka man ng Major Critical Illness, ibibigay namin yung 100% ng coverage mo up to 3x (for unrelated illnesses).

After claiming your money for your 1st Major Critical Illness, tuloy parin ang coverage mo up to age 75 for FREE. (Tama!

At kung sakaling maiwan mo ang iyong pamilya dahil sa hindi inaasahang pangyayari, we will give them a lump sum amount of your coverage. Walang labis, walang kulang.

So kung ready kana to take advantage of these benefits especially the money-back guarantee, click mo na yung message button sa baba or comment “how” below.

14/12/2021

I would like to share with you one thing na kailangan meron ang isang magulang for his/her family.

So if you’re like me na may sarili ng pamilya, may mga anak, (tulad nung nasa pictures) at mag isang nag tataguyod sa kanila…

…Or sabihin na natin na dalawa kayong mag asawa na nag tatarabaho to give the best quality of life to your family...

…then good news, this topic is for you.

Katulad mo, kahit na pamilyadong tao na ako hindi sumagi sa isip ko na paghandaan yung mga unexpected events in our life.

Kasi ang laman lang naman ng isip ko is yung magkaron ng sariling bahay, sariling kotse, magtrabaho ng mabuti, kumita ng malaki, makapag travel kasama sila, ibigay lahat ng needs or even wants ng family ko, (especially my kids) and pag handaan ang pag aaral nila and so on.

That’s my ideal life for us and iniisip ko na yun lang ang importante..

Makalipas ang ilang taon, I found out with my wife na nag post yung wife nya sa FB asking for a little or any help na makakadagdag para sa pag papagamot ng friend namin.

Pangalawa is yung nangyari naman sa isa pa naming kaibigan.

At the early age of 26th, tuluyan na siyang na maalam sa tropa, at sa kanyang pamilya.

Mag bi-birthday pa naman sana siya a month after nung unexpected event.

You see, these are the main reasons kung bakit biglang nag bago ang isip ko.

Tulad mo, I know how insurance works but I don’t believe I need it.

That time I realized that I’m just making excuses.

So after that realization, hindi na ako nag dalawang isip pa.

She introduced me to their Set For Health product.

With Set For Health, hindi ko na kailangan isipin kung saan ako kukuha ng pang pagamot kung sakaling ma diagnose ako ng critical illness like Cancer, Hearth Attack, Stroke, at iba pa.

Pwede din ako mag claim up to 3x.

Most of the time auto declined na agad to any health insurance coverage.

So since ang coverage ko is 1M, pwede pa ako mag claim ng 200k If
magkakaron ako ng minor critical illness.

Or kung minalas malas at hindi ako maka survive sa critical illness, my family would still get a lump sum amount of 1M to live comfortably even without me.

Pag ganun ang nangyari, FWD will return all the premiums na binayad ko.

Grabe diba?

It's just right na ibalik nila yung bayad. Haha :)

Ang monthly premium ko for this amazing coverage is 3k.

Imagine, at my given age 3k lang ang monthly.

I tried to compare this amount sa ibang insurance company and products.

But for the same coverage amount and one time claim for critical illness, they offered me 4k to 5K monthly premium.

And dahil very generous si FWD, naka kuha pa ako ng discount.

So instead of paying 3k monthly, I only paid 2,700.

See?

If you want more flexible payment terms, send me a DM or Comment “How” below para matulungan kita the same thing kung paano ako tinulungan recently.

Sabi nga nila, “PAY IT FORWARD”.

Or kung sa tingin mo is hindi mo naman kailangan nito kasi mas gusto mo na…

…magkabaon baon sa utang sa pag papa gamot…

…O mag hirap ang family mo pag na wala ka then, you can simply ignore this.

Hi and welcome to my page!!!

On this page, I’ll share with you different stories and knowledge about financial literacy and to help you better understand why being protected or having insurance is important to you and your family.

My name is Mark Penuliar, FWD Financial Wealth Planner. I’m on a mission of helping Filipino families to be protected from financial disasters and to plan ahead to achieve their future goals.

It all started in the middle of the pandemic wherein some of my close friends experienced hardship in life such as Critical Illness and untimely death.

Just like you, I don’t believe in insurance either until unexpected events happen to my close friends.

I was surprised sa bilis ng mga pangyayari and na takot sa mga posibleng mangyari para sakin at aking pamilya.

So, I took that as a sign to be prepared and be protected.

Now, I already have peace of mind that whatever happens, my family will continue to live comfortably, my children will have the best education they need, and will not experience any financial hardship.

This is the same thing I would like to happen to you and your family.

So please don’t forget to like and share this page to spread the knowledge and get the latest updates.
